COLUMBIA CITY – This weekend, after a short summer break, Seattle Tilth and Community Kitchens Northwest will resume their “3rd Friday” community dinners in the Rainier Valley.
“Mark your calendars and come out to join us for more great food and company,” said organizer Robert Hartner.
The Italian-themed buffet is planned for Fri., Sept. 21, from 5 to 6:30 pm at Rainier Community Center (4600 38th Ave. S.). The menu is below and donations are always appreciated.
Upcoming “3rd Friday” Community Dinners are scheduled for Fri., Oct. 19, and Fri., Nov. 16. Volunteers are needed. Please contact Robert at rhartner01@gmail.com for more information or to volunteer.
