COLUMBIA CITY – Later this week, the Landmarks Preservation Board Architectural Review Committee will discuss a new mixed-use development planned for the current Columbia Plaza site located at 4801 Rainier Ave. S.

The committee will be briefed on the proposed demolition of the current structure occupied by A Dog’s Life Doggy Daycare and the preliminary design of the new development this Fri., June 1, at 8:30 a.m. at Seattle Municipal Tower (700 5th Ave., 40th Floor, 4070).

Meetings of the Architectural Review Committee are open to the public.  Testimony on matters being considered may be presented at the meeting or by submission of written statement to the Historic Preservation Program, Seattle Municipal Tower, 700 5th Ave, Suite 1700, P.O. Box 94649, Seattle, Washington  98124-4649, prior to the meeting.
