RAINIER BEACH – After three formal design review meetings, the Friends of Rainier Beach Urban Farm and Wetlands is preparing to unveil its final plan for the farm, including:

• The next construction phase at the farm
• How you can stay involved in all the activities at the farm during the winter
• Opportunities to serve in leadership capacities with the Friends of Rainier Beach Urban Farm and Wetlands

The group broke ground on the project one year ago this month, two years after Seattle Parks and Recreation held its first public hearing to determine the future use of the 7-acre site.
