COLUMBIA CITY – The Rainier Valley Post – in partnership with The Royal Room and National Obama Delegates Tandy Williams and Yalonda Gill Masundiré – is gearing up to host a Presidential Debate Watch Party next month.

The Royal Room (5000 Rainier Ave. S.) will be the place to be on Wed., Oct. 3, as President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney will square off in the first Presidential Debate of the 2012 Election Season.

The event is scheduled for 5:30 to 8:30 pm and will include candidates and representatives from campaigns up and down the ticket, an update and debrief from 2012 National Delegates and information on how to register voters and turn-out the vote for the General Election on Nov. 6.
