RAINIER BEACH – Seattle police say they are looking for a man who fired multiple shots early Saturday morning in the 9600 block of 57th Avenue South, with at least two of them hitting a parked car.
“Preliminary investigation indicates that a male suspect left a house party, walked out to the sidewalk and discharged a gun multiple times,” wrote SPD spokesman Jeff Kappel. “Officers located an unoccupied, parked car that was struck and contained two bullet holes. No other property damage was located and nobody was injured.”
An area search proved unsuccessful and the suspect – described as a Samoan male, 5’10″ tall, 180 pounds, afro-style hair with large curls, braces on his lower teeth – remains at-large.
Anyone with information about this incident or who may know the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call 911 and refer to this incident. Anonymous tips are welcome.
