COLUMBIA CITY – Warm dough, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and topped with clams, pancetta, caramelized onions, garlic, chili flakes and fresh oregano. Sound irresistible? Tutta Bella thinks so.
‘Pizza Vongole’, described above, is just one of the items being added to the restaurant’s menu.
Know for its thin-crust wood-fired pizza, Tutta Bella is expanding its offerings, serving up several dishes with a southern Italian flare.
Executive Chef Gojdics worked with chefs in Parma, Italy to help master the latest recipes.
“We’ve jumped with both feet into the Napoli heritage that inspires everything we do. Now, after all the care, patience and time we’ve devoted to this process, we’re unveiling our new dishes to our guests who’ll be happy to see we haven’t sacrificed their old favorites-just added new ones,” said Gojdics.
The new items also include handmade Neapolitan meatballs and Lasagna Napoletana.
