Jus Bar is a place for juice lovers, food lovers, families and friends to come together as a community. Sharing a passion for local as well as seasonal ingredients, Tiana and I are excited about Columbia City’s Jus Bar and hope you are too.

Anthony, as a chef, loves great quality ingredients, and takes pride in representing the true flavors of each dish. Tiana has been an advocate for great food, and having grown up in Sonoma, CA not only a big believer in community, but also the concept of food and wine bringing people together. It is important to us that guests find joy when they partake of their first sip, or that initial bite.

As an evolving establishment, Jus Bar focuses on several entities, juices, smoothies, coffees and delicious deli offerings.  Our goal is to combine great tasting ingredients, a health driven concept and a unique degree of diversity in our menu items. Appreciating all of our guest’s needs, we offer a wide spectrum of dishes, for vegans and meat lovers alike. For those who require gluten free alternatives we offer Manini’s breads and offer dairy free alternatives as well. It doesn’t stop there as we welcome the opportunity to discuss catering for your special events.
Although our focus still remains in offering tasty, natural, nourishing beverages, we continue to develop the deli concept adding fun and exciting items, you will find each visit, by changing and expanding our extensive selections of soups, salads, sandwiches, and homemade baked goods. With plans to offer beer and wine retail in the very near future, Jus Bar provides everyone a reason to drop by, and a need to return.

Our new hours lend most everyone the opportunity to grab a quick bite or hold an impromptu meeting over a light treat.  Changing the hours has also enabled us to expand our breakfast creations as well. Offering goodies such as homemade granola, quichlet’s, blueberry muffins, “Sunrise Treat’s” and our famous Smokey bacon, egg and cheddar sandwiches. Complimented by our relationship with Seattle’s finest, Caffe Vita Coffee, it is not just sustainable, but a community minded way to start the day.

With many planned endeavors, including cooking/juicing classes, broader catering, and working with our local P Patch, we hope to be welcomed in to our beloved new community of Columbia City.
